We have 90 hectares of organic olive groves. All of our olives are cultivated intensively using traditional methods, and all our produce is of the Hojiblanca variety. Our estate is located in the municipality of La Roda de Andaluc\u00eda in the county of Estepa, which forms part of the Sierra Sur region of Seville Province. La Roda is close to Seville, Malaga and Cordoba, which places it in the very heart of Andalusia.<\/p>\n
Our organic olive groves boast superb views of the distant Puntal Mountains and the River Yeguas. Thanks to our privileged location, our rich soils and the microclimate this region enjoys, our olive groves have achieved international renown. The finest extra virgin olive oil in the world comes from this very spot.<\/p>\n
Our methods of cultivation are a blend of tradition and modernity. We use traditional techniques to nurture our olive trees, while at the same time taking advantage of the benefits of new technology.<\/p>\n
